Print Room runs a basic darkroom setup with one enlarger taking 35mm and 120mm. Direct to plate photogravure printing is also a option.

VK3 has a total of four permanent workspaces, of which Print Room is one. The other tenants are artists, designers and a potter. VK3 also has a large open studio space with plenty of natural light used both as a photo studio and to host events and exhibitions. This open studio space will be available for the resident artist by request.

The aim and ambition of VK3 is to grow into a kind and creative community where the processes of art and design are shared through collaborations and dialogue and made visible to the public through events, talks and exhibitions.

Klitmøller is a small village (pop. 1,150) on the western coast of Jutland. In recent years the area has become known as Cold Hawaii because of its many surf spots, and Klitmøller is a vibrant village with many surfers and young families. With its coastline, grassy dunes, lighthouses and forests the surrounding landscape of Thy National Park is vast — and yet distances are short. The unique landscape and the ever changing character of the light is inspiring.

Since public transport is limited, having your own car is an advantage in Thy.
